TERMS &
CONDITIONS.

1. Scope

These terms apply to quotations and services supplied by TMT Studios. A project only starts after the scope, price, required materials, planning and deliverables have been accepted in writing.

2. Quotations and payment

Prices shown on the website exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Custom projects are priced through a written quotation. The quotation states the applicable payment schedule. TMT Studios may pause work or delivery when an agreed payment is overdue.

3. Client materials

The client is responsible for supplying usable project files, correct information and any permissions needed for vocals, samples, artwork, logos or other third-party material. Delays or additional work caused by incomplete or incorrect files may require a revised schedule or quote.

4. Feedback and revisions

Included feedback or revision rounds are defined in the package or quotation. Feedback should be consolidated and provided within the agreed review period. New creative direction, replacement material or work outside the original scope may be quoted separately.

5. Delivery and approval

Expected timing is an estimate unless a fixed deadline is expressly accepted. Final files are delivered after approval and after the applicable payment conditions have been met. The client should check delivered files promptly and report technical issues within a reasonable period.

6. Rights and credits

Copyright, ownership, usage rights, credits and confidentiality depend on the selected service and written project agreement. No broader transfer of rights should be assumed. Where rights are transferred, this occurs only under the conditions stated in the agreement and after full payment.

7. Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has started, the client remains responsible for work already completed and committed third-party costs. Deposits or reservation payments may be non-refundable when stated in the quotation.

8. Confidentiality

Unreleased material is treated as confidential. Additional confidentiality or non-disclosure requirements should be agreed in writing before files are supplied.

9. Liability

TMT Studios will perform the agreed work with reasonable professional care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to direct loss connected to the relevant project and does not include indirect loss, lost opportunities or decisions made by labels, distributors, platforms or event organisers.
