When you submit a project or contact request, the website may collect your name, artist name, email address, Instagram link, requested service, genre, BPM, project status, preferred deadline, budget indication, download links, reference tracks and additional information.
3. How the information is used
The information is used to review and respond to requests, prepare quotations, communicate about potential or active projects, deliver agreed services, maintain business records and protect the website against abuse.
4. Project requests
Form submissions are stored in the secured WordPress administration area and sent to the TMT Studios contact email. Do not submit confidential credentials or material through the text fields. Use an appropriate private file-sharing link for unreleased audio.
5. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the request, project administration, legal obligations or legitimate business records. Unneeded requests may be removed periodically.
6. Service providers
Hosting, email and other technical providers may process limited information to operate the website and deliver messages. If additional services such as analytics, advertising or newsletter tools are added, this policy should be updated to identify them.
